Hatha Yoga is a general category that includes most yoga styles.
It is one of the original yogic systems that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative. In Yin, the poses are held for a longer period of time (typically three to five minutes) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments and fascia) rather than focusing on the muscles.
As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement
Hatha / Yin Yoga is a practice that blends two styles of yoga into one, bringing together the benefits of Hatha Yoga, which brings a more active practice (Yang) working on the muscles, stamina and building coordination and flexibility.
While Yin Yoga, is a slower pace, more meditative practice (Ying), where Yogis passively hold yoga poses for a longer period (3-5 minutes) that enhances the stretching of the tendons, ligaments and fascia.
Energy Healing/Reiki is a combination of gentle massage of the physical body and the energetic body, with intuitive guidance to harmonize the being in all his bodies and bring calm, relaxation and well-being.
